Veg kabab

It's very healthy recipe ..You can enjoy this snack at any time..it's very easy to make.follow this recipe and try it.

How to make it

Ingredients
4 boiled mash patatoes
1/2 cup blanched  peas
1/4 cup boiled  corn
1/2 cup chopped capsicum
3 tsp cornflour
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/ 2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp chat masala
Salt to taste
1 tsp oil
Oil for frying

Method
.take bowl add all ingredients and mix it well.

.heat 1 tsp oil add this mixture and cook for a minute. After it turn of gas...keep it aside for cool down.take this mixture and give it kabab shape.

.heat oil and deep frying this kabab. After it shift this kababs to kitchen napkin to observe excess oil.

.itz ready to serve. .enjoy this kabab with any dip .

Note.
.you can add veggies according to your taste.
