Homemade Spring roll Sheet / Wrapper
It's another instant recipe which is very useful for everyone. .sometime we want to make spring roll, samosa and patties like outside but we drop the idea...now it's very easy to make. try it....
How to make it
Ingredients
1 cup maida / all purpose flour
1 cup cornflour
Water as required
A pinch of salt

Method
.Take bowl add all ingredients and whisk it all and check there are no lumps then batter is ready.

.heat non stick pan.pour the batter on tawa and quickly spread the batter out evenly to make a thin circle.
.after few seconds it's peel off it sides then turn it and cook other side.sheet is ready.
.repeat same process with remaining batter to make more sheets.
Note.
You can store it in air tight container or zip lock bags in freezer for 4-5 days. They come to room temperature then use it.
Don't over cook it.
