Marble Burfi

It's very healthy recipe ..specially for kids..if your kids donot like to eat dry fruits. .try this recipe for them....it's very easy to make.

How to make it

Ingredients

500 gm kaju/cashewnuts
500 gm khoya/mawa

Sugar Syrup
300 gm sugar
1 cup water

Method

.first roughly grind cashewnuts .keep aside it.

.for sugar syrup boil water then add sugar....when its dissolve. .syrup is ready.

.now add khoya and kaju stir it continuously.when it's going medium thick...turn off gas..

.take a plate grease with ghee and shift this batter on it.cool down and cut in to pieces..

.serve and enjoy.

Note.

You can also store into air tight container.
