Roti ( Chapati ) Pizza
I have a lot of left over rotis so wanted to try something new.I made roti pizza on non stick pan which came out perfect like regular pizza.It is healthy because for base I used wheat roti.kids really enjoyed it..so must try this very simple and easy recipe.
How to make it
Ingredients 
1 wheat flour chapati/roti
1/4 cup chopped capsicum  
(Green , yellow and red  )
1/4 chopped babycorn 
1/2 tsp oregano 
1/2 tsp chilli flakes 
1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 tsp melted butter
Method 
.Take roti apply butter on it. After it spread chopped vegetables and grated cheese.
.take non stick pan heat for a while. Put a steel ring on the base and insert pizza on it ..cover it with lid for 5 min on medium flame.
.after it check if cheese is melted. Your roti pizza is ready.
.sprinkle oregano and chilli flakes. .and serve hot.
