Palak Paneer

Palak paneer is very famous north Indian dish..It serves well with naan tandoori roti and rice.Main ingredients of both are good for health and full of proteins. It's very easy to make.just follow simple steps. Your dish is ready.

How to make it

Ingredients
1 bunch chopped spinach /palak
1 cup paneer/cottage cheese  (cut into dieces )
2 onion paste
3 tomato puree
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp coriander powder
2-3 spoons fresh cream /malai
Salt to taste
1/2 cup water
Oil

Method
.boil spinach in hot water..after 2 boils turn off gas...Drain it and keep it aside.

.make fine puree of palak and keep it aside.

.Heat oil add ginger garlic paste sauté for a while now add onion paste stir it continuously.

.Now add tomato puree and all masalas...again stir it continuously. When masala leaves oil add palak puree and cream ...cook it for 2-3 mins.

.Add paneer and water...  cook  on medium flame for 5 mins..when its going thick. It's ready .

.You can also use tofu instead of paneer
