CHILLI MUSHROOM
Mushroom is my favorite veggie...I always tried lots of dishes with mushroom but chilli mushroom tried first time....Its came out super in taste...Its very easy recipe..You can use this recipe with naan ,roti, stuffing in sandwiches and topping on pizza...Its consume very less time...
how to make it.
Ind.
12-13 mushroom(cut in to pieces)
2 onion(cut into dieces)
1 capsicum(cut into dieces)
1/2 cup spring onion
5-6 finely chopped garlic
1 tsp soya sauce
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp schezwan sauce
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
1/4 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp cornflour
water
Oil

Method.
1.Cut Mushroom into pieces and take two boil ...turn off gas...keep it aside.
2.take a wok heat oil add chopped garlic onion and spring onion when its color going pink add capsicum and stir it.
3.Add all the sauces and masalas..and mushroom.mix it well.
4.Add cornflour and water...take boil and cover it.
5..after 5 mins check it...if its going thick gravy ...ready to serve.
