THIS RECIPE CREDIT GOES TO MY HUBBY ..WHEN HE MADE THIS DISH HE WAS CONFUSED BUT WHEN HE SERVED IT AND EVERYONE IN MY FAMILY SAID WAH.....THATS GAVE HIM FULL SATISFACTION..HERE IS
RECIPE RESHMI PANEER...VERY EASY WAY....
HOW TO MAKE IT;
Ind.
3 chopped onion
4 chopped tomatoes
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
250 gm paneer
salt to taste
1/2 tsp red chilli( mirchi) pd
garam masala
1/2 tsp turmeric (haldi)pd
250 gm amul fresh cream
1 tsp schezwan sauce
oil

METHOD;
1.heat oil add ginger garlic paste chopped onion .......when itz color change add chopped tomatoes......saute it very well...
2....add raw masalas ..schezwan sauce ..fresh cream...mix it well.....when itz leave oil......add chopped paneer .....leave it 5-10 mins on low flame
3.......after it turn off gas.....its ready to serve with naan and tandoori roti
