In this recipe I used three milk products.paneer curd and milk.which contains proteins calcium and vitamins. so its very healthy..its very easy to make...try and leave a comment....
how to make it
Ind.
750 gm paneer/cottage cheese (cut into pieces)
5 onion paste
7 tomatoes puree
6 chopped garlic pieces
1 chopped capsicum (cut into cubes)
1 tsp cumin seeds
1tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
2 tsp curd
1/2 cup milk
a pinch of sugar
oil
coriander leaves for garnish
Method.
1.firstly take tawa roast capsicum...without oil and ghee...after 2 mins.turn off gas...and keep it aside.
2.take a wok.heat oil add cumin seeds and chopped garlic...cook it for a while. add onion and tomato paste(grind it together) stir it ...
3.now add all masalas and curd stir it continuously...
4.when its leave oil.add capsicum paneer and milk...mix it well.
5.make it on low flame for 5 min.
6.after 5 mins.its going thick ready to serve.
7.garnish with chopped coriander leaves
