SCHEZWAN SAUCE
Schezwan sauce is spicy in taste..which can taste better of your meal...we can used it with pasta...
fried rice...noodles..snacks..roti..non veg....sandwiches... as you wish...but I love spicy food....so I think about to make it at home... its very easy..
how make it...
INGREDIENTS
11whole dry red kashmiri chillies
4 cloves garlic
4 tsp white vinegar(chings)
1 tsp soya sauce
1/2 tsp mix herbs ( optional)
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp tomato sauce
1/2 tsp chilli sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
salt to taste
2 tsp oil
METHOD
1..boil water and
put this dry red chillies in it...
2.keep aside for 30 mins..
3..take out chilli from water and make paste with garlic.
4..heat oil in pan...add this paste and all ingredients .mix it well.
5.after 5 mins...turn off gas...it's ready.
6.cool it down..store into air tight container
