PAV BHAJI

INGREDIENTS 

6 boiled potatoes
1/2 cup boiled peas
1 small carrot
1/4 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup chopped cabbage
2 big capsicum
1 small chopped onion
1 small chopped tomatoes
3 onion puree
3 tomatoes puree
Salt to taste
1 tsp red mirchi powder
1/2 tsp Turmeric  powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/4 tsp coriander powder
4 tsp pav bhaji masala
Ginger garlic paste
Amul butter to taste


METHOD IN STEPS .

1.first boil peas potatoes  carrot cabbage cauliflower and capsicum....after boiling..cool it...mashed it and keep it aside.

2.take wok heat oil add jeera when its crackle then add ginger garlic paste chopped onion and tomato stir it well.

3.now add onion and tomato puree... and add all raw masalas....stir it continuously. ..

4.Now add mashed veggies..and some water....take boil it for 10 mins...

5.if it leaves oil it is ready...garnish with chopped onion.and coriander leaves... sev...and amul butter.

For pav
Take tawa add butter when its going melt then place pav on it( medium flame)...when its going little brown. Turn off gas...and sreved with ur bhaji....
