EGGLESS CHOCOLATE ALMOND BROWNIE

Chocolate is a sweet preferred by all and the most tempting one.🍫🍫And eggless is something which seems to be a good option for vegetarians.

How to make it?

Ind.
100 gm chocolate
80 gm butter
1 cup powdered sugar
1 1/2 cup refined flour
9-10 chopped almonds
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk

Method:
1. Melt the chocolate completely.

2. When the chocolate is melted add butter and melt it too.

3. In the same mixture add sugar and mix the three ingredients completely together. Add vanilla essence to it .

4. In the another bowl sieve maida baking powder and baking soda together.

5. mix both mixtures together and and milk to smoothen it .

6. add almonds to the mixture...grease mould with oil and shift this batter in it..

7.now preheat cooker for seconds..put a stand in it and place the mould on stand. cover cooker with lid without whistle.

8.make it on low flame for 40 mins...

9.after it cut in pieces and garnish with chopped almonds...
