CHINESE SAMOSA
Chinese samosa
It is good snack for all age groups .when u heard samosa you always think internal filling of samosa is potatoes peas and paneer. but Chinese samosa is filling with noodles.....Here I shared very simple way to make it...must try it .
How to make it
for filling
1 packet noodles
2-3 spoons schezwan sauce
salt to taste
oil
method.
1.boil noodles...drain it and keep it aside.
2.take a wok heat oil add schezwan sauce salt and noodels..mix it well.
3.leave it for 5 minutes on medium flame..
4.filling is ready
for dough
1 cup maida
3 tsp oil
a pinch salt
water for kneeding
method
1.take a bowl add maida salt oil and water...make a dough..rest it for 5 mins.
2.now take dough make small balls ...roll it as roti.
3.cut this roti in center and make two portions.
4.take one portion make triangle(joint two edges) and filling noodles in it ...
5.seal the edges with water.....and leave for 2 mins...
6.heat oil ....make it ...when it turn out crispy.it is ready.
7.serve it hot with schezwan sauce and tomato sauce...
Note.
You can also add vegetables in it.
