TADKA IDLI

Idli is very famous south indian  delicious recipe which you can have any time..
you can make idli in very different ways...but now which method i share its very easy which consumes less time and its very light to eat.
you can make it with in few minutes.
No rice no dal and no need for fermentation.
.its ready to eat method..

how to make it.

Ingredients...
1 cup curd
1 cup suji/ semolina
1 sachet eno regular
water
salt to taste

for tadka
black mustard seeds/ rai
curry leaves/coriander leaves
oil

Method..
1.take a bowl add curd and semolina ( suji)...salt and water...mix it well.

2.add eno and water as required..... mix it well.

3.batter is ready.( not too much thick )

4.now grease idli mould and pour this batter in it..

5.take a deep pan add little water and preheat it. when water boils..place this mould in it..and cover it with lid. steam it for 10 mins.

6.idlis are ready after 10 mins.now take tawa add oil rai curry leaves..cook for seconds..tadka is ready.spread this tadka on plain idlis.

7.serve it with any kind of chutney...plain sambhar....veg sambhar..

note.
1.no need to ferment this batter.

2.you can use cooker or steamer for making it.

3.if you have no mould you can use plate aluminum mould and small katoris.
