how to make it ..

Bhature

Ind..
2 cup maida/all purpose flour
2-3 tsp curd
1/4 cup milk
1 sachet eno
2-3 spoon oil
salt to taste
a pinch of sugar
water

Method.
1.take a bowl mix all Ind...make a dough.

2.leave it for 1 hour.

3.after it check dough it's going fluffy.

4.now heat oil make it on high flame....crispy bhature is ready

Chole

Ind.
2 cup boiled kabuli channa(white chickpeas)
3 onions
5 tomatoes
1 tsp cumin seeds/jeera
1tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 /2 tsp raw mango powder/aamchur powder
1 tsp garam Masala
2 tsp MDH chole masala
salt to taste
oil

Method.

1.first soak chickpeas/chole overnight...next day take  5-6 whistles..after check its boil then keep aside.

2.take a wok heat oil add jeera/cumin seeds when it crackle then add ginger garlic paste and onion paste....saute it.(turn into golden brown..).

3. add tomato puree....and all left masalas....stir it well.lts leave oil.masala is ready.

4.add boiled chickpeas and 1 cup water.....take boil on medium flame.

5.when its going thick ...ready to serve...with crispy bhature.enjoy
