Soya Keema

Soya is good source of protein and here I m going to share another recipe which is delicious and have good nutritional value. It is nutritious dish for vegetarians preferred over chicken.

How to make it

Ind.
2 cup soya keema( nutrela chura veg)
3 finely chopped onions
6 finely chopped tomatoes
5-6 chopped garlic cloves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 tsp soya sauce
1 sachet Maggi magical masala
salt to taste
oil

Method.
1.soak soya keema in water for 10 mins.after 10 mins. drain it.keep aside.

2.take a wok heat oil add garlic and chopped onions saute it.

3.add chopped tomatoes when its going soft add all left masalas.

4.when its leave oil add soya keema...

5.make it 5-10 mins. on medium flame.

6.its ready to serve.
