Wow...very quick and healthy recipe because I did not use butter oil and ghee ..It is very quick recipe for lunch box..In this I used my favorite ingredient paneer(indian cottage cheese)..You can make it according to your taste and add masalas which you require ...
how to make it.
Ingredients
1 wheat flour chapati/roti/phulka
1/4 cup paneer/ cottage cheese( cut into pieces)
1/4 cup tomato( cut into pieces)
1/2 onion(cut into pieces)
1 tsp tomato sauce
salt to taste
1/2 tsp oregano
Method.
1.Take a bowl add onion tomato and paneer( cottage cheese)now add all left over things( salt oregano tomato sauce).. mix it well.
2.take chapati...fill this stuffing in it.
3.Roll this chapati and half cover with foil paper..
4.serve it with ketchup.
Note.
1.you can also use left over chapati.
2.you can add different veggies.
