Crispy Eggplant( baingan /brinjal)

This is my mom Suman Kapoor's recipe...when you are confused about your lunch /dinner....then nothing do..only made dal tardka and try this yummy recipe..It is very good combination with any dal..very easy to make...Now I shared very yummy and easy recipe..

how to make it.

Ind.
1 big eggplant( baingan/brinjal)
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp dry mango powder( amchur powder)
1/4 cup wheat flour
salt to taste
oil

Method.
1.Cut eggplant in to round shape...apply all raw masalas..keep rest for 5 mins.

2.after apply wheat flour....rest it 10-15 mins..

3.heat oil and fry it.

4.it turns out golden...  ready to serve.

5.enjoy it......

Note.
1.if you do not have amchur powder.apply chat masala.

2.instead of wheat flour you can use gram flour ..
