how to make it
Ingredients for kofta..
4-5 boiled potatoes
150 gm paneer/cottage cheese
1/4 cup cornflour
1 tsp red chilli powder

Ingredients for Gravy..
3 onion paste
5 tomatoes puree
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1/4 cup malai/fresh cream
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp haldi/turmeric powder
1 tsp red chilli powder
1tsp jeera/ cumin seeds
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp cashew nut paste
1 cup milk /water
salt to taste
coriander leaves
oil

method...
1.grate boiled potatoes paneer in a bowl..add salt red chilli powder and cornflour mix it well..make small balls...keep it aside.

2.heat oil and deep fry these balls..it is ready.
3.take wok heat oil add cumin seeds when it crackle add onion and ginger garlic paste....stir it...when its color change add all gravy masalas and stir it continuously..
4.add tomato puree and malai....stir it again.
5.now add milk and boil it for 10 mins on medium flame...when its going thick.....gravy is ready..
6..add kofta in gravy and garnish with coriander leaves..serve with chapati naan or tandoori roti.
