Veg Tandoori

It is a new version of cottage cheese (paneer) and potato.It is very yummy and delicious recipe.

Healthy recipe with good nutritional value and good source of proteins and carbohydrates. I share this instant recipe with all of u.

how to make it.

Ingredients

250 gm paneer/cottage cheese
2-3 potatoes
2 dal wadi( Amritsari spicy wadi)
3 chopped onion
4 chopped tomatoes
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
3 tsp tandoori masala(everest)
2 tsp amul fresh cream/malai
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
salt to taste
oil for frying and gravy

method
1. cut the potato lengthwise, paneer in cubes and cut dal wadi in small pieces. deep fry them separately and place them on tissue.

2. take a wok....heat oil ... add ginger garlic paste ..cook for few seconds.

3. now add chopped onions....when it changes colour add chopped tomatoes....and when it softens then add all masalas.

4.  now cool down the mixture and blend it in mixer.

5. again take wok ..add this paste and half cup of water ..take one boil...add fried potato paneer dal wadi....cook for 5 minutes on medium flame ...its ready...

6. serve hot with naan or tandoori roti or phulka ...

note.

1.add veggies according to your choice.

2.you can make it dry also
