Minty Potato (aloo)
It is very instant recipe which you can make with in 10 mins..when you have no option what to make..try this..In this I added pudina / mint leaves..very yummy recipe
you can eat this with puri, chapati and rice also..you can serve it in tiffins also..
My kids love potato so I always try new recipe for them..they always like such new versions..
how to make it..
Ingredients..
6 boiled potatoes
1/4 cup chopped mint /pudina leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
1 1/2 tsp raw mango powder/amchur
1/2 tsp cumin seeds/ jeera
salt to taste
oil
Method.
1.first cut potatoes in small size..keep it aside.
2.take wok heat oil add cumin seeds ...cook it for seconds..
3.add potatoes and add masalas ( not pudina/mint leaves)mix it well..cook on low flame..
4.now add chopped pudina leaves...mix it again and cover it for 2 minutes..
5.it is ready to serve...
note..
1.add fresh pudina/mint leaves.
2.you can also use pudina/mint paste.
